EPA-Designated PM2.5 and PM10 Air Sampling.
The TE-Wilbur is a USEPA Federal Reference Method low-volume particulate sampler built for accuracy, durability, and easy deployment. Configurable for PM2.5, PM10, PM4, PM1, and TSP monitoring at flow rates from 1 to 25 SLPM.
Advanced particulate collection, simplified.
The TE-Wilbur is the most advanced low-volume particulate collection system in the industry. USEPA-approved as a Federal Reference Method for both PM2.5 (RFPS-1014-219) and PM10 (RFPS-1014-216), it exceeds the performance specifications set forth in 40 CFR Part 53 and 40 CFR Part 50, Appendix L.
Industrially hardened components, intuitive touchscreen control, and a no-adjustment filter exchange mechanism make the TE-Wilbur ideal for regulatory monitoring, fence line monitoring, and industrial air quality programs. Designed and manufactured in the U.S.A. in an ISO 9001 facility.
Built for the operators who use it every day.
USEPA Federal Reference Method
Designated FRM for PM2.5 and PM10. Exceeds USEPA 40 CFR Part 53 and 50 Appendix L.
5.7" Color Touchscreen
Intuitive setup, step-by-step calibration, and on-screen status alerts. Multi-language support.
No-Adjust Filter Exchange
One-handed filter changes with a leak-tight seal — no continual adjustment required.
Brushless DC Pump
Real-time precision flow control at 16.67 L/min with ±2% accuracy. Lower maintenance, longer life.
Integrated UPS
Built-in uninterrupted power supply keeps sampling on track through brief power interruptions.
Flexible Data Retrieval
Local USB thumb drive, FTP, email alerts, MODBUS TCP, and full RJ45 remote control.
EPA Sample Schedules
Preprogrammed 1-in-3, 1-in-6, 1-in-12, and 24-hour schedules. Plus custom intervals and met triggers.
Optional Wind Sensor
Integrate wind speed and direction data to trigger samples based on meteorological conditions.
Made in the U.S.A.
Manufactured in our ISO 9001 facility in Cleves, Ohio with U.S.-sourced components.
From inlet to report in three steps.
Configure
Set your sample schedule, target particulate size, and flow parameters through the on-screen menu. Choose a preprogrammed EPA schedule or define a custom interval.
Sample
The brushless DC pump pulls ambient air through the size-selective inlet at a precisely controlled 16.67 L/min. Onboard temperature and pressure sensors maintain volumetric flow in real time.
Retrieve
Pull data via USB thumb drive on site, schedule automatic FTP transfers, or receive email alerts when alarms trigger. Full remote control is available through any web browser.
