ZA7000 7 LPM Zero Air Generator

Compact, low-noise zero air generation with ultra-high purity output. Designed to replace heavy zero air cylinders and deliver stable, clean air for critical analytical work.

The ZA7000 delivers 7 LPM of ultra-high-purity zero air with contaminant levels below 0.5 ppb. It supports gas chromatography, emissions analysis, and air monitoring with a clean, on-demand air source (no cylinders required). It is also available in 1, 3.5, and 18 LPM sizes.

ZA-747-30 • 30 LPM

ZA-747-30 Ultra High Purity Zero Air Generator

Industry-leading zero air generation for highly critical zero gas standards. Robust engineering, low maintenance, and consistent ultra-high purity output.

The ZA-747-30 produces up to 30 LPM at 60 psi output (using an external air source). It uses a two-step process to deliver consistent ultra-high purity zero air for demanding analytical applications.

Two-step purification process

Process 1: Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) dries and removes water and contaminants
Process 2: Heated catalyst bed (methane reactor) removes CH4 and remaining contaminants

The ZA30 Advanced Catalyst is engineered for a safe, worry-free installation. It is enclosed inside a cooled and insulated rack-mountable case and is designed to be easy to install and maintain. It helps eliminate the challenge of changing out traditional bottles in lab environments.
