    Shipping & Delivery

    Ships UPS Ground from Cleves, OH. Most CONUS destinations receive equipment within 3–5 business days. Expedited options available on request.

    Returns

    At the end of your rental term, you'll arrange return shipping to our Cleves, OH facility via UPS Ground. We strongly recommend insuring the shipment. Units should be repacked in original or equivalent protective packaging. Need guidance? Call us at 513-467-9000.

    Condition & Damage

    All units are inspected and documented before shipment. If anything arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we'll work with you to make it right.

    Before your equipment ships, we'll send a rental agreement outlining the full terms — including rental period, liability, and return requirements. We want you to know exactly what to expect before anything is signed.
